Biological weapons, the trial: #9 Act II

All over the world, everything has been done to prevent a debate on the Covid narrative and the countermeasures imposed on the population from taking place before a court of law. The lawsuit brought against Bill, Bourla, Rutte and fourteen other people in the health and media sectors is no exception. But despite multiple attempts to end the legal proceedings, the determination of the plaintiffs, victims of Covid vaccines, of the formidable team supporting them – Mike Yeadon, Sasha Latypova, Joseph Sansone, Catherine Austin Fitts – and above all of their lawyer Peter Stassen, is unwavering, and the confrontation will have to take place.

The pressure is extreme and tension is rising on both sides. This is not about mismanagement, incompetence or clumsily covering up an illegal laboratory experiment gone wrong. What is being denounced is a deliberate project in which people in charge of pharmaceutical companies, public institutions, private NGOs and media companies created a fake pandemic and lied to the population to push it to receive a dangerous, even deadly, injection labelled a ‘covid vaccine’. These are not mistakes, but an intention to harm, and that is why this trial is unique in the world.

A case to follow closely

Our media have followed the case closely from the start, and last March we even devoted a series of publications to it entitled “Biological weapons: the truth trial” (see the end of this article). We went to Amsterdam with our colleagues from BAM! and with the support of the Ligue Nationale pour la Liberté des Vaccinations (LNPLV) to attend the appeal hearing of a related case brought by the same team, with the aim of forcing the courts to hear the statement of facts in public.

The appeal ultimately failed, but it achieved an essential objective: drawing international attention to the experts’ testimony and to the importance of the arguments put forward during Mr Stassen’s explosive closing argument. For accusations that sometimes seemed hardly credible a few years ago take on quite a different weight now that new revelations have reached the general public. Today, it is no longer enough to keep repeating that it is all the stuff of conspiracy fantasies.

This was seen in particular with the release of the Epstein files: Epstein worked closely with Bill Gates to create an entire financial, scientific and media architecture designed to monetise future “pandemics”. And before that, there was also the session on the famous “Pfizer papers” at the European Parliament, which revealed the various manoeuvres to conceal vaccine injuries, even though they had been known since the first clinical trials. One also thinks of the efforts to have Albert Bourla questioned, or of von der Leyen’s SMS-gate, to name only the best-known examples. None of this escaped Mr Stassen.

The related case in Amsterdam nevertheless marked a victory by giving visibility and credibility to those who have long denounced the fabrication of a false narrative to allow the deployment of a biological weapon in the form of a ‘Covid vaccine’.

Extreme pressure

Now the main proceedings are resuming. The stakes are enormous and the pressure on the plaintiffs and those around them is extreme, for this trial has been a heroic quest from the start.

Let us recall that Francis Boyle, one of the first experts who agreed to testify for the prosecution, was the principal author of the international Biological Weapons Convention. Sadly, he died a few days after declaring that he was ready to act on behalf of the plaintiffs. His friend the psychologist Joseph Sansone took up the torch and presented his conclusions, adding his own expertise in the field of mind and mass manipulation techniques.

Let us also recall that lawyer Arno Van Kessel, Mr Stassen’s partner, was arbitrarily held in a high-security prison for almost nine months, without any real charge being brought against him.

Another twist: the association Recht of Recht, whose mission was to gather media and financial support to cover the costs of the trial, seems to have been held back in its mission by a ‘minimalist’ strategy of several board members, which some considered a form of sabotage. Fortunately, a new international team that cut its teeth in the first demonstrations against the health measures in 2020 has taken up the torch in a professional and proactive way.

As for the experts… everything has been done from the start to prevent them from speaking. Their various written testimonies were officially included in the pleading documents. But the video with the experts’ oral testimony, which according to the lawyer is a central element of the prosecution, was initially rejected. Mr Stassen therefore lodged a last-minute appeal to force the court to include it in the case file, and finally won. That shows how important this recording is!

See you in Leeuwarden

On Thursday 22 October, journalists from the independent press from various European countries and the United States will therefore be there to cover the case. The Leeuwarden court, whose public seating is limited, has already announced that the courtroom is full and that the building will remain closed and under heavy security until the end of the session. However, it has promised to broadcast the proceedings live, and they will be shown in a press room nearby. Several defendants have asked permission not to appear in person, for fear of having to face the public.

The tension is palpable. Anything can still happen between now and then, and it would not be surprising to see yet more technical, administrative or security grounds announcing a last-minute postponement of the trial. But whatever happens… the documents are there, and the experts’ testimonies have already been made public by the prosecution, which is publishing everything it can on its website “The Netherlands Case” to ensure the widest possible dissemination of the information.

This case is a real treasure trove: the documented testimonies of the various experts, the very many studies they rely on, the lawyer’s pleadings and the defendants’ statements of defence. All this material, much of which is written in English, is a mine of information and arguments that can feed or strengthen similar proceedings in other countries. The closing argument and the experts’ testimonies – Summary video in French

For almost seven years, we have watched scientists, doctors, researchers and professionals who hold dissenting views fight to have their arguments taken into account on some of the most crucial questions of our time. Today, these arguments must be confronted, examined and debated, not silenced.

Listen to the testimonies of four top-level experts:

Dr Mike Yeadon is a pharmacologist and former senior executive in pharmaceutical research; he trained in biochemistry and toxicology and holds a PhD in respiratory pharmacology. He spent 24 years in pharmaceutical R&D, notably as vice-president and global head of allergy and respiratory research at Pfizer, before founding and running Ziarco Pharmaceuticals, a company acquired by Novartis. His expertise covers rational drug design, toxicology, immunology, and the development and safety assessment of new medicines.

Mike Yeadon states that the Covid-19 vaccines have multiple design features liable to cause predictable toxicity, and concludes that these features demonstrate intentional rather than accidental harm.

Sasha Latypova, who holds an MBA, is a former senior executive in pharmaceutical research and development whose expertise covers clinical development, pharmaceutical regulation, manufacturing and product quality. Her testimony examines the regulatory, industrial and legal framework in which the Covid-19 mRNA products were developed and deployed, drawing on first-hand regulatory documents, Pfizer’s manufacturing records, legislation and other supporting documents.

Sasha Latypova provides evidence that mRNA/DNA platforms are by nature dual-use technologies, but that they are, structurally and legally, deployed as militarised applications. She presents evidence of failures in good manufacturing practice, product integrity and regulatory safeguards, and argues that the emergency arrangements removed or bypassed the protections that normally apply to medicines.

Her main conclusion is that these products were developed and deployed as part of a countermeasures framework focused on military and security aspects, and that they are, in her view, legally and functionally indistinguishable from biochemical weapons.

Catherine Austin Fitts is an investment banker. She was a managing director of Dillon Read and served as Assistant Secretary of Housing under the Bush administration, before founding her own financial advisory company, the Solari Report. Her analysis draws on her experience of public finance, investment banking and financial systems to examine what she describes as a long-running financial coup d’état and the restructuring of economic and governmental power.

Catherine Austin Fitts presents the “Going Direct Reset” project as a fundamental overhaul of the monetary and governance system, planned by central bankers before the Covid-19 pandemic.

She sees the pandemic as the essential element in implementing a broader transition towards the concentration of ownership, digital surveillance and technocratic control, rather than treating it primarily as a public health event.

Dr Joseph Sansone, who holds a master’s degree and a doctorate, is a psychotherapist with academic qualifications in psychology and clinical mental health counselling. His testimony is built around two main lines: his own psychological analysis of psychopathic authoritarianism as it applies to the conduct alleged in this case, and his presentation and analysis of the expert opinion of the late Professor Francis A. Boyle on biological weapons. Boyle was a professor of international law and drafted the US Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989; Sansone certifies the authenticity of Boyle’s sworn statement and reports Boyle’s intention, before his death, to testify in this case.

Sansone sets out Boyle’s opinion that the Covid-19 mRNA nanoparticle injections are biological weapons, analysing this conclusion in the light of US, Dutch and international biological weapons law, as well as the alleged “gain of function” origins, the genetic payload and the nanoparticle delivery system.
