WEJUSTICE: collective legal actions that anyone can join.
Why?
Abuses by public and private powers are multiplying. Everyone is now affected.
Who?
WEJUSTICE brings together citizens whose rights are being trampled on, for example
farmers persecuted by the State and the #EU,
carers persecuted by Medical Councils in disarray,
victims of the #covid-vaccines**,
of #pesticides,
of online #censorship...
Yes, everyone is affected.
Alone we endure, together we act.
How?
WEJUSTICE rallies people through ultimatum petitions that lead to collective legal actions. Petitioners thereby support the future plaintiffs.
Some ten collective actions* have been launched or soon will be. Three battles* have already been won, including one against #Linky smart meters and another against the European Commission, ordered at first instance to be fully transparent about the #covid-vaccine #contracts, in particular by revealing the names of the negotiators***.
WEJUSTICE is everyone who joins the movement: it is you, it is us****, it is a team of lawyers, including Arnaud Durand, Florence Bessy, Anne-Claire Lefebvre... a team that is set to grow.
