Covid: the SLS warns vaccinators about their responsibility
The Syndicat Liberté Santé (SLS, a French health-freedom union) is making a solemn, collegial appeal to all health professionals. It urges them to reflect on their ethical responsibility when faced with experimental products that are associated with numerous adverse effects and whose effectiveness has not been demonstrated. A conversation anyone can have with their doctor or pharmacist, by bringing them a copy of the SLS open letter.
The winter vaccination campaign has just been launched in various European countries. However, as the SLS points out, the effectiveness of the injected products has not been demonstrated by the laboratories, while it is disputed by rigorous scientific studies[1]. A Pfizer study submitted to the FDA in fact acknowledges that the incidence of Covid-19 increased across the board in the study groups after vaccination with Comirnaty, with an average increase of 300%[2].
“ The safety of the Covid-19 vaccine, for its part, is seriously called into question by alarming figures on adverse effects, testimonies from victims, and recent large-scale studies ”, the SLS states[3]. Recalling that the first duty of carers is to do no harm, it therefore invites them to think carefully about the ethical responsibilities incumbent upon them. Defending care centred on the relationship between doctor and patient, clear and honest information and free and informed consent, the SLS finally stresses that the doctor is the fundamental link in the chain of trust.
Here is an extract from the letter: “ Taking part in this campaign, under these conditions, means endorsing a health policy that has largely failed in its fundamental obligations of safety and transparency. It also means risking your relationship of trust with your patients and your professional integrity.
Medicine must be independent and refuse the dangerous interference of the State and the pharmaceutical industry in your relationship with your patients, which is incompatible with medical ethics.
The Syndicat Liberté Santé therefore invites you to reflect on the ethical and public health implications of the winter vaccination campaign.
The SLS remains at your side to support you, advise you and defend you against any attempt at sanctions or arbitrary pressure aimed at diverting you from your vocation: ethical care that respects patients ».
