Stop the violence at demonstrations
At a time when the many large demonstrations by the French people are marred by police violence worthy of totalitarian regimes[1], the association "Police pour la Vérité" has sent BAM! a document proposing strategies for law enforcement to initiate de-escalation.
This document presents an approach to policing far more in keeping with our democracies, whose constitutions guarantee the right to demonstrate.
